family run business, Pabla India Cuisine (Seattle) opened
in 1995 to become Seattle's first and still renowned
to be the finest Indian Restaurant in the city that
hosts many visual delights such as the Space Needle.
Owned by Jaswinder Pabla, It offers
exquisite dishes borne from decades of experience. Our
shops are still there in Phagwara in the north-Indian
state of Punjab keeping up a family tradition that began
over 50 years ago of serving the finest delicious food.

in vegetable orientated cuisines resulting in more Middle-Eastern
flavours than South Indian cuisines, we match our authentic
traditional North-Indian recipes with a rich variety

are freshly prepared onsite while you wait and contain
